Ammar and Bassam were my car salesmen and they were very patient with me and made sure I had all of my questions answered and provided me with all the information there was to know about a lease and the car that I would be leasing. They were very thorough and took their time with me instead of pushing me into something I was not sure about. Jeff was also very patient with me when it came to signing all of the papers, he could tell that I was extremely nervous and excited and told me to take my time going through it and signing the papers. He also went through and explained all of the numbers to me so that he knew I understood what was in front of me. Overall, I had an amazing experience with all these men and I HIGHLY recommend them. I know for a fact I will be sticking with Dick Hannah. More

Khalil and David were extremely patient with me as my insurance company hit a snag when their whole system went down immediately after I paid my first premium so I was unable to provide proof of purchase as I never received a confirmation email. however, unnamed insurance company has since fixed the issue, and while it was super embarrassing to be sitting in a closed dealership on hold with insurance, I never heard a complaint from my team. His easy demeanor, candid explanations and wit made the experience an overall joy. The sales team I worked with was efficient and worked hard to find the best deal to fit my budget. The best part of my visit was when my wife and I were reviewing paperwork to make a final decision. All of the sales team happily interacted with my two girls (both under 7yrs old) in the play area keeping them from getting bored and disruptive. That attention to detail means a lot when making an important decision like purchasing a vehicle.
