Dick Hannah's Internet Sales crew came back with a killer deal that no one came close to. When I drove to Vancouver to finalize the deal, Philip greeted me and made the whole new car factory ordering process a breeze. Philip kept me updated as I waited 6 weeks for my new car to arrive. And also kept it "off limits" as other sales staff had customers wanting to buy it before I could pick it up. When I finally got to pick it up, Philip clearly explained all the features I needed to know. I would recommend Philip and Dick Hannah to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More

Worst continued service I purchased two subarus from dickhannah 8 months ago and had the best service. It seems though since they have took my money I dont matter as a customer there. For starters one of my wheels cracked, I took my car in for a 12,000 mile service and it went unnoticed. Weird how that works when my tire pressure was significantly lower then the other ones. And that wasn't even noted on the check. How does something like this get missed when I just had a service. I had to get new wheels not even a week later. Then to be told that wheels are not covered under warranty. So I will never return to dickhannah for any service. Then I refinanced my car and brought paperwork in to get a refund on my gap insurance where I sat and waited for 45 minutes because no one was in the office yet although the dealership was already open. I have yet to receive my refund and called to find out where it was, I was told that someone would call me back and they never did. I called to be told corporate handles that and at the dealership they dont even have a record on hand showing i was even there because all documents get sent to corporate. So now I dont even know if corporate got them. When I brought paperwork in I was told it would be 4 weeks to process, when I called now I'm told it can take up to 6 weeks. I asked to talk to a manager and was transferred to the receptionist who at first told me she was a manager. I love my subaru but I will never buy one again if it means having to buy from dickhannah. He is 70 now, so you get some idea how many sales people he has worked with since 1964...Thank you for the fabulous opportunity we had to work with you! The financial person, Abdul Quddus, was just as awesome, and taught me much more than how to buy cars, from financial services of life and money, to how to work my new phone. My son and two of his friends worked a couple of hours or more the night before, and could not complete what Abdul completed in a matter of minutes. He also showed me things I could do with it, that I had no clue it could even do! Who does this anymore? Way above and beyond anyone we have encountered.
