The ONLY negative was the same one I've had with nearly every car-buying experience (and I've bought a LOT of cars over the years, both new and used. I was trading in a very low mileage, three-year-old car in excellent condition with HIGHLY sought-after factory accessories (valued at almost $1,900.00) for a brand new 2025 model. I told the salesman what it was listed at on KBB ($26,000.00+) and said that with a fair trade in I was ready to buy the car today. He took the usual, "I have to see what my sales manager will do" walk, and I waited for nearly a half hour. He came back with an offer of $18,000.00. I said "no deal, that's completely insulting". It took two more trips and over an hour to get what I felt like was a fair deal on the trade in. Everything else about the experience was positive, and I love my new car. However, I HAVE walked out of a dealership before after such an insulting first offer and playing the "back and forth game". I nearly walked out on this deal as well. More
