Very friendly people Very Good price Excellent Sales person Apple Dysiatco notes this is for the maintenance department did not make time to fix the noise from the Eye sight until, we noticed it we were driving the home that nigth on 4-13-2017, we texted the sales person Apple Dysiatco about it, but maintenance department did not try to make time on the next day on the Saturday, after all this is and was new car, it should been fix right away. this note should not be a negative comment for the sales person. Dick hannah subaru gave me my car with a chip in the winshield and they told me it would not spread and now 5 months later i have a big crack on my wishield and they recommened me to go to a glass shop when they spefically told me it would not spread. Also i guess my clutch went out this was about 2 months after getting my car it was a friday they said they would call me on monday 3 weeks went by and they finnally called me. They could of called me saying its gonna be 3 weeks and since my car was probably just sitting out in the lot they could have fixed my tire pressure system while i had to wait the 3 weeks.i have had bad experience with them and i would never recommend them. More

We bought a brand new Outback and we did not notice the dent as you'd think it's the car's design when we picked up the vehicle. It's hard to spot and we only notice when it was raining or wet as the water gives reflection. Our point of view is, how is it possible for the Subaru Quality-Check passed the inspection, and then sell it. This is our 3rd Subaru, this is not what Subaru is known for. We have reached out to their sales person few times and their response time is very slow and it doesn't feel like they give importance to it. We would think that when we call them we get a response in few hours, at least letting us know what the status is. We will update this post once we hear from them. More

It turned out that the first email made it though the spam filter just fine but then the online agent switched email addressses and his replies to me were blocked. Luckily, Apple called me to follow up and she was quick to get me answers so I felt comfortable coming in for a test drive. Once I was there, her service was great and respectful. I was prepared to walk if it wasn't the arrangement I wanted. I felt she was firm but listened to what I wanted. I left with the car I wanted for a fair price. I'd recommend her to friends and family. More
