Now tell me when that ever happens? No extra "fees" attached. Why don't all dealership do this??? DH has this process dialed in. With all of this. Wong said it is the consumer's responsibility to start the conversation as an educated buyer/seller. This day and age there is NO excuse to not k ow what you want and what you are willing to pay for it. The more straight up and confident you are the better your experience will be....guaranteed! We will be returning for our next auto purchase. More

Repair leather seat upholstery unacceptable/unsatisfactory. In 2014, purchased new 2014 Subaru Outback. At that time immediately brought to the attention of sales person and the service manager that upholstery In 2014, purchased new 2014 Subaru Outback. At that time immediately brought to the attention of sales person and the service manager that upholstery in front was bunching up- rippled and wrinkled. On the new owner orientation it was noted to fix seat upholstery. Tom Gilstrap assured us that the time to fix it was open to us and we could come in any time -- say 30K miles if we wanted. Sent pictures of front seats at Tom Gilstrap's request. We were notified we could come up anytime after Dec 15th,2016 to have repair done. After calls to service we said we could come up Dec in latter part of December 2016, an y of the 3 days they had mentioned. We did not hear from anyone, therefore we called. Set up appointment with Service for Feb 1, 2017. We arrived at 8:15am. 2/1/17. Carson T. Krigbaum was our service advisor ( parts had directed us to him during a phone call ). When we arrived, Carson did not know reason we were there, although we had a scheduled appointment -- I told Carson to Check with Tom Gilstrap. He came back and Carson now understood that leather upholstery was going to be " repaired " . At approximately 3:00 pm Carson says our Subaru outback is ready -- I bring to attention to Carson that the driver's seat is in now worse condition than before they " repaired " . Carson gave me an excuse that the upholstery could not fixed more than that. I said that was not acceptable to me. We received a call from customer service person wondering how our appointment went -- I told the customer service inquiring person that the work performed was not satisfactory and that the service advisor gave us some excuse; and, the customer service person, ESTER, said she would contact Tom Gilstrap and have him follow up... as of today, we have not heard from anyone, although we sent an email on 2/2/17 to both Carson and Tom with pictures of the seats before and after. The drivers front seat is not acceptable; and, other people have observed the same with resulting same opinion. I have asked that this matter be addressed -- and have not received any response as of today since talking with customer service lady. More

Just felt I could have gotten a better price elsewhere Went in not feeling good was the first issue but I went in to look at one vehicle in particular but found out it had too many bells for my budget. Told I could get identical car with a few less options for less. Long story short they figured what I was upside down on in the price of my new car and I guess I should have not gone in when I was sick but just felt the really good deal they could make me was actually what anyone on the street walking in would have bought it for. It just wasn't a pleasant experience and felt I could have got a way better deal had I felt better and did some research on pricing first. I know they are there to make every dollar. That's the business they are in but being a repeat dick Hannah customer I would have thought they could have given me a better deal. I didn't like the extra warranty cost being so high and I declined then he brought cost down 50% More
