Appointment made, 3hr drive to see a sold car. Absolutely poor performance in behalf of Dick Hannah Subaru and Andrew Jamison. Emails were exchanged discussing the vehicle in their inventory (used, Absolutely poor performance in behalf of Dick Hannah Subaru and Andrew Jamison. Emails were exchanged discussing the vehicle in their inventory (used, not new) and it was exactly what we wanted and worth the drive. Mr. Jamison was notified how serious we were (trade in with all receipts/paperwork, down payment and financing). A "VIP" appointment was scheduled for Sunday morning; the vehicle was sold between appointment scheduling and arrivial, a time span that wasless than 12 hours. Zero notification by dealer staff was to us, wasting over 3hrs driving to and purchase the car where we were told "sorry, it actually sold yesterday." I encourage people to look elsewhere, where customer service is common practice. More

Nick was who we worked with primarily and he was awesome. Super friendly, laid back, never pressured us about anything. Negotiations are always the worst part of car buying, but it actually was quite pleasant at Dick Hannah. Overall, one of the least stressful, most fun, and pretty painless car buying experiences we've ever had. If and when we ever are in the market for another car in the future, we will for sure be checking Dick Hannah first. More
