Negotiations are always the worst part of car buying, but it actually was quite pleasant at Dick Hannah. Overall, one of the least stressful, most fun, and pretty painless car buying experiences we've ever had. Thrilled and Thankful My wife and I spent some time yesterday with Sue Heath at Dick Hannah Subaru. Karen needed a car but we didn't want to spend enough money to buy a new My wife and I spent some time yesterday with Sue Heath at Dick Hannah Subaru. Karen needed a car but we didn't want to spend enough money to buy a new vehicle. I had contacted Sue earlier and asked her to find us something used but nice that would fit our budget (retired with moderate fixed income). When we arrived, Sue met us as we exited our vehicle and made us feel "special." She had several vehicles ready for viewing but we were really attracted to the Forester. I knew the money was out of the question for us, but to satisfy curiosity, we took one for a test ride. Wow!! What an incredible SUV!! We had been Camry people for the last 12 years, but this was in a league of it's own! Sue was so gracious the whole time, as always, but the money was not there for us. Sue has always found a way to help us before and this time was no exception. When we left, we had a new 2017 Forester that was more vehicle than I could imagine having.....and feeling special still after having been treated with such respect and concern for meeting our needs.
