Nick was who we worked with primarily and he was awesome. Super friendly, laid back, never pressured us about anything. Negotiations are always the worst part of car buying, but it actually was quite pleasant at Dick Hannah. Overall, one of the least stressful, most fun, and pretty painless car buying experiences we've ever had. If and when we ever are in the market for another car in the future, we will for sure be checking Dick Hannah first. More

Thrilled and Thankful My wife and I spent some time yesterday with Sue Heath at Dick Hannah Subaru. Karen needed a car but we didn't want to spend enough money to buy a new My wife and I spent some time yesterday with Sue Heath at Dick Hannah Subaru. Karen needed a car but we didn't want to spend enough money to buy a new vehicle. I had contacted Sue earlier and asked her to find us something used but nice that would fit our budget (retired with moderate fixed income). When we arrived, Sue met us as we exited our vehicle and made us feel "special." She had several vehicles ready for viewing but we were really attracted to the Forester. I knew the money was out of the question for us, but to satisfy curiosity, we took one for a test ride. Wow!! What an incredible SUV!! We had been Camry people for the last 12 years, but this was in a league of it's own! Sue was so gracious the whole time, as always, but the money was not there for us. Sue has always found a way to help us before and this time was no exception. When we left, we had a new 2017 Forester that was more vehicle than I could imagine having.....and feeling special still after having been treated with such respect and concern for meeting our needs. They didn't stop working until we were fully satisfied After a long and frustrating day we left fully satisfied and happy. After finding out they didn't have exactly what we wanted in stock, we waited for After a long and frustrating day we left fully satisfied and happy. After finding out they didn't have exactly what we wanted in stock, we waited for a few hours to receive one from anowhere dealer. After getting a loaner car to get some food we came back to find the car we waited hours for was the wrong one. Due to some miscommunication factors we were far from happy. The entire sales team came together and made us a great deal on a higher end model for a great price. They made sure they made up for their mistake and then some. Will be going back in the future because of this. Mistakes happen, how you fix them is what matters. More
