It wasn't there for our appt time and Internet Sales blamed the dealer and the dealer blamed the Internet Sales dept. I asked Royal to please take ownership of this and he worked really hard to get it across the river and ready to test drive within 2 hrs. We did the test drive, all the needed negotiating on price and the whole process was seamless and simple. I never have used dealership service depts, but I will be trying this one out, solely based on the solid customer servicing. Mahalo! More

My Subaru experience On April 20th we visited Dick Hannah Subaru to look at the 2017 Forester. We were finally going to replace my 20 year old 4-Runner. I had only a coup On April 20th we visited Dick Hannah Subaru to look at the 2017 Forester. We were finally going to replace my 20 year old 4-Runner. I had only a couple of "wants" and wasn't sure about anything else upon arrival. When we pulled up we were met by a lovely man, Saad Chahin. He turned out to be the best salesman we could hope for. He was patient and understanding, didn't press me as I yea'd and nay'd the different combination of features. Finally after 7 hours, and lunch thrown in, the car of my dreams was found in a shipment just delivered. My husband was most supportive with all of my decisions, and happily sat in the passenger seat and enjoyed the drive home in our new Jasmine Green Forester. I would like to thank the guys at Dick Hannah Subaru who helped us, Ammar, Kenny, and most of all, Saad. You made what can be a stressful day most enjoyable. More
