A pleasant experience December 27, 2016 I went to Dick Hannah Subaru to look at three models. I was approached by Huyen who asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted to look at three models, so we did that. As we looked and talked and my questions were answered I narrowed my choice to one model, the Cross Trek. Huyen asked if I wanted to drive the vehicle, so we took a test drive. When we returned I asked more questions and I was ready to make the purchase of the car and the price I asked for was readily accepted. I then asked about lease options and those were explained to me. After thinking about my choices of parting with 20 plus thousand dollars versus and small down, I opted to go with the lease option. The entire time I was at Dick Hannah I was never pressured or ganged up on my multiple sales people. I was treated with respect and felt that they were there to help me make the best choice that met my needs. I have had previous service work done at Dick Hannah but never purchased a vehicle from them. From my experience on 12-27-16, I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Subaru. More

He was friendly, quick, and courteous. - 5 stars However, Ammar in finance was pushy. He was nice at first, but then pushed the extra warranty package a lot and seemed upset when we didn't go for it. He also told us that he would cross his fingers that our electrical system would last beyond the 7 year warranty he was pushing, but we didn't agree to. I was very confident in purchasing a Subaru until he said this. It seemed odd that he would say this. - not 5 stars Overall, a great experience with this dealership. More

He also went out of the way to make sure that we were comfortable because we were juggling a car purchase and a 10 month old. Disappointing i was looking on the Dick Hannah website and found 2 vehicles I was interested in and requested more info. Max responded quickly and was eager to get i was looking on the Dick Hannah website and found 2 vehicles I was interested in and requested more info. Max responded quickly and was eager to get me into the store. After specifically asking Max if both of the vehicles were there and ready to view in person, he said yes. I then decided I would make an appointment to view the vehicle and Max set one up. My appointment was within the hour of speaking to Max, and when I get there I sat at the dealership for 30 minutes just to be told neither of the vehicles would be available to view. I was so extremely frustrated that I sat there and wasted my time to not even see one vehicle. What I do not understand is how Max can specifically tell me the car is there and ready for me, when in reality the cars were never on their lot! It just shows me that they are too eager to just get your in their store to make a sale, than to slow down and check their facts and make sure the car you are interested in is actually even there. Car shopping is already frustrating enough, but this was REDICULOUS. Complete waste of my time, hope you guys don't waste yours! More
