Not just another sale I'll admit that Dick Hannah was not the first dealership I walked into, but after doing business with Jeremiah Ostrander I'll never buy a car anywhere I'll admit that Dick Hannah was not the first dealership I walked into, but after doing business with Jeremiah Ostrander I'll never buy a car anywhere else. While other dealerships were trying to stiff arm me into options I didn't want (or cars I didn't like), Jeremiah was working diligently to get me the exact car that I wanted. And boy did he deliver! Literally. Because my 1st color choice was not on the lot, Jeremiah brought one up from Eugene that day. Once I arrived at the dealership for pickup, Jeremiah's helpfuness and sincere attitude really sealed the deal for me. It was obvious that he was more concerned with my satisfaction than making a quick sale like all of the other dealerships. I'd recommend Dick Hannah (especially Jeremiah) to anyone looking for a new car! More

Great Salesman I actually had a great time buying a car for a change. Huyen was a "no pressure" kind of salesman which is tailored perfectly to my style. The time flew as I looked at practically every car on the lot....and then went back to take another look. Huyen answered the million questions that I had on the operation of car. ....matter of fact he answered the million questions I had on every other topic with patience and knowledge. It was very cold out that day and I knew he must have been cold but I had him show me many cars. I left the dealership confident that had made a good choice and knew what I was doing with my new Crosstrek. Huyen made the process very stressfree. Great dealership. More

We checked out each car and eventually settled on Subaru. My wife wanted and all wheel red car. Jerimiah was trying to source a car from another dealer. Pressure Free Experience I bought my Subaru Legacy from Dick Hannah this weekend and it was a wonderful experience! My initial contact was with Shawn and Max through the onlin I bought my Subaru Legacy from Dick Hannah this weekend and it was a wonderful experience! My initial contact was with Shawn and Max through the online email. They answered my questions honestly and thoroughly! Once I arrived on the lot, I was immediately greeted by Mike! Mike accompanied us on the test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. When it came down to discussing possibly purchasing the car, he was very understanding and did not pressure us at all when we told him we were not looking to buy that night and would be going home to mull over our options as we were also interested in another car. We indeed opted to buy the Dick Hannah Legacy and Mike again greeted us with a smile upon arrival. The negotiation process began and after we signed the papers Mike began to go over the options in the car and Oli, the finance guy, came over and said there was a mistake in the figures and it was actually in MY favor!! Thanks for the honesty! :) I drove away in my new Legacy!! More
