In the past year, we have had our car serviced, and that department is efficient. courteous, and they do the job right on time. I have not met one employee at Dick Hannah's that is not friendly and concerned with customer satisfaction. When we first drove on the lot, we were met with Sue Heath. She had a way of asking the right questions and really wanted to know what it is we were looking for, and worked very hard to provide that for us. Dick Hannah has a very friendly atmosphere, and Sue made us feel right at home while working with us, and she knew her stuff. She could answer any question about any car we looked at. Sue is prepared, and really wants to sell you what you want. She's fun and informed. We were so happy with our car and the whole experience that we returned again this year to purchase a car for our granddaughter. Again Sue had several cars in mind in the price range we mentioned , and within 2 hours, we were able to find a 2013 Kia Forte that we were absolutely happy with. Our granddaughter is crazy happy with the car, and with the way Sue showed her all the features. When she drove her Kia out of the lot, she was familiar enough with the car to confidentially drive it home to Seattle. A person has a choice of places to go to purchase a vehicle so, why not go where selection and price are both great and why not treat yourself to the best customer service around?
