We went to Dick Hannah Subaru to look at electric cars to lease and had already decided we weren't leasing that day (Dec 30, 2024). Bill Parker was the salesman that came out to greet us. We told him we were lease and had already decided we weren't leasing that day (Dec 30, 2024). Bill Parker was the salesman that came out to greet us. We told him we were just looking. He told us his name and to let him know if we needed any keys, and then left us to do our own looking. We found a few we wanted to explore further and Bill gathered up all the keys. We took a test drive in one of the cars and thought it was pretty cool. Bill answered all of our questions with no pressure. If he didn't know something, he told us so, and went to find out. We weren't buying that day and weren't pressured to do so. We greatly appreciated that he let us do the deciding. We liked the car, and we liked Bill so much, we went back to lease the car the next day. The lease terms weren't exactly what we thought (our fault, not Bill's as I misread the terms of the deal for a different trim package. But we liked the trim package, and decided to buy instead. Bill made the process as pain free as possible, and he was a pleasure to chat with while we waited. No one at the dealership tried to up sell us with added things, in fact, there were a lot of added things that were all included in the already negotiated price. I had an incredible experience with Tyler, who works in the sales department. He is fairly new, but he is very knowledgeable about different cars and super personable! We talked with him and went over some options and still hadn't found anything. We exchanged numbers and he got right to work searching for what we wanted. He called us later that day with a few options. When we came back, we had a specific car in mind and he made sure it was available for us to look at as soon as we told him. He went above and beyond when it came time to do the paperwork! I have purchased cars before and always felt rushed or pressured - NOT with Tyler! He was super easy going and helped us understand everything thoroughly. If you are in the market for a new car, I 100% recommend finding Tyler to help you through the process!
