Horrible experience and horrible dealer! Do NOT purchase from this dealer! We purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback less than 3 months ago, paid for tax, title, and licensing, and a doc fee. They m Do NOT purchase from this dealer! We purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback less than 3 months ago, paid for tax, title, and licensing, and a doc fee. They messed it up and didn't list our lien holder on the title. When we called and asked them to pay for a replacement title because it was due to a mistake on their behalf, they refused. Peter was the finance manager responsible for this mistake and although he did call us back to let us know management refused to make this right, it was a mistake of the dealer and we as customers should not be paying for it. While we were purchasing the vehicle, our salesman "Jeremiah" was a complete xxxxxx bag. We showed up at 10am and took all of 30 min to pick a color on the car that we had already decided on buying. We told him we were in a hurry but he kept talking and talking about things we didn't care about. Then he wanted us to stay there while he sorted some things out with finance for our vehicle even though we were hungry and wanted to go get lunch. Keep in mind we were also there with our 5 month old who was super cranky from us just sitting around and him being in the car seat. We then told Jeremiah we were leaving to go to lunch either way. When we got back an hour later it took approximately 30 min to sign all the docs and even though we repeatedly told him we were in a hurry (we live 2 hours away and again were with our 5 month old) he wouldn't let us leave without going over EVERY feature on the car. Even though we told him that we didn't need a walk through and didn't want to stay. Finally around 6pm we told him we were leaving with or without him being done with his presentation. Horrible experience and would never buy from them again or recommend anyone else go through what we went through. Save yourself the trouble and go buy from anyone else. More

My salesman was Mike Krewi, and I had emailed in advance to schedule my appointment and get an ePrice from the website. Mike was very patient with my indecisiveness between an Outback and a Legacy, we drove both and he explained the vehicles and the packages with both. I had an incredible experience and did not feel pressured to stressed to make my decision. I am very excited about my new vehicle and very happy with the service I received from everyone at Dick Hannah! Ammar in Finance was absolutely wonderful to work with, he explained everything in detail and we discussed the joys of parenthood! Haha! It was a great time. Total time there was about 4 hours but again, we drove two vehicles. I couldn't be happier with my experience. More

Wonderful customer service! I was at first apprehensive that dealing with Dick Hannah Subaru dealership would be any different from other dealers where it was not particularly cu I was at first apprehensive that dealing with Dick Hannah Subaru dealership would be any different from other dealers where it was not particularly customer friendly when I bought cars. I drove over 250 miles to look at this car because of the E-prices and the quick and courteous emails from the internet staff. My sales person Apple was wonderful from the start. Very knowledgeable even though she has been there just a few months and answered all of my questions. From the new car price to my trade-in and financing; the deal went smoothly and I have a great new 2016 Legacy and feel I received a fair deal. I intend to go back to this dealer if ever I need to look for my 5th Subaru Legacy. It was definitely worth the long drive! More
