Apple is the best! I'm a first time renter and I was so nervous walking in that I wouldn't find anything in my price range. However, Apple was amazing! As soon as I walked up, she greeted me was a smile on her face despite the crazy temperature outside. She put all of my nerves at ease and didn't act like anything that I wanted was unattainable. I was able to get a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek in my price range which I did not think was going to happen! Apple talked me through every step of the way and was by my side the whole time. Her entire team were all so kind and welcoming! Apple has checked in multiple times with me which I really appreciate. I would 100% recommend anyone to go see her! More

We did our research before we walked in and they met our expectations with the Crosstrek and price we were looking for. We also had a VW to trade in and they were able to make us a fair deal within our expectation. Ali was also great to work with too! We serviced our VW at Dick Hannah in NE Portland and was disappointed to trade in the car thinking we won't be able to take our Subaru there (as that service team has been the best I've ever experienced). Come to find out I can still service my Subaru there, so we are very happy! The Subaru team has certainly earned their stars! Thank you very much for a great experience!!!! It was 3 hours from driving up with a old car to driving off with a new car (a lot of the time was just because of them detailing the car)! More

Apple for the win So I stumbled into Dick Hannah because I saw the make, model and color forester I wanted on their website. I had no intention of purchasing but every So I stumbled into Dick Hannah because I saw the make, model and color forester I wanted on their website. I had no intention of purchasing but every intention of driving it and drooling. Things changed though because this awesome sales associate, Apple, took me around, showed me a few other models and more importantly, let me test drive the Forester XT I was interested in. Apples to Oranges, no comparison to the customer service I got! Pun intended. She was great, a huge help, very conscientious and a lot of fun. She made my day. She also made my dad and I laugh quite a bit. It was a very above average buying experience and though I hadn't intended on purchasing that day, I believe without her, I would still be shopping around. Also, as much as I did enjoy the sales manager, she was the one that made the buying experience a comfort. I would highly recommend you request her if you make your way to Dick Hannah More

Great Experience My Wife and I were looking for a Subaru Impreza with a manual transmission. After searching about a 300mile radius from our home we found only a few o My Wife and I were looking for a Subaru Impreza with a manual transmission. After searching about a 300mile radius from our home we found only a few of these cars within that area, In my research I found that Dick Hannah Subaru had the lowest prices around. I first made a phone call to confirm what inventory they had on hand as far as colors and trim packages. Mike took the call and instantly went to work for us finding out what exactly we were looking for and what they had available. Mike got back to me very quickly and provided the details of their inventory. We decided to go in for a test drive and met up with Mike for the first time. He was very polite and I could tell what we were saying mattered to him. We took the car out and he began explaining some of the features of the car we were in. We got back to the dealership and Mike was very low pressure with us during the negotiations, it really felt like he was an ally in trying to negotiate this deal. After a time of negotiating a sales manager came over and turned up the pressure a bit. We concluded that we were not going to make a deal on that day but left and continued negotiations via the phone due to our distance from the dealership. Mike continued to work with us and worked hard to make this deal happen. We agreed to the final price of the car and arrived to finalize the deal to find the price was what we had agreed upon without hidden fees or charges. Overall Mike was great to work with and Dick Hannah Subaru was easy to do business with. My Wife and I would highly recommend working with Mike for anyone who is looking to buy a Subaru. More
