Not a hard sell,,, but a listening sales man Bassam was our sales person, he listened to what we were looking for and did not attempt the hard sell at all. While other dealerships were trying to stiff arm me into options I didn't want (or cars I didn't like), Jeremiah was working diligently to get me the exact car that I wanted. And boy did he deliver! Literally. Because my 1st color choice was not on the lot, Jeremiah brought one up from Eugene that day. Once I arrived at the dealership for pickup, Jeremiah's helpfuness and sincere attitude really sealed the deal for me. It was obvious that he was more concerned with my satisfaction than making a quick sale like all of the other dealerships. Great Salesman I actually had a great time buying a car for a change. Huyen was a "no pressure" kind of salesman which is tailored perfectly to my style. It was very cold out that day and I knew he must have been cold but I had him show me many cars.
