My initial contact was with Shawn and Max through the online email. They answered my questions honestly and thoroughly! Once I arrived on the lot, I was immediately greeted by Mike! Mike accompanied us on the test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. When it came down to discussing possibly purchasing the car, he was very understanding and did not pressure us at all when we told him we were not looking to buy that night and would be going home to mull over our options as we were also interested in another car. We indeed opted to buy the Dick Hannah Legacy and Mike again greeted us with a smile upon arrival. The negotiation process began and after we signed the papers Mike began to go over the options in the car and Oli, the finance guy, came over and said there was a mistake in the figures and it was actually in MY favor!! Thanks for the honesty! :) I drove away in my new Legacy!! More

I was already convinced that this was the car I wanted, so there wasn't really a hard sale. After the test drive, we started the paper work in a very relaxed setting. The process was a bit more time consuming than I was expecting, but went very smoothly. Didn't feel pressured to buy a bunch of extras I didn't want and walked away paying the exact price I expected based on the online quote. If you know what you want, I would recommend going through internet sales as the whole process was dead simple. Everyone I interacted with was kind and polite and made the whole experience pleasant.
