We went to Dick Hannah Subaru to see if we could trade in our 2008 Forrester. They were great. They sent us on our way in a 2012 Cross Trek. So, on August 1, 2015 we went looking to see if we could up grade and get lower payments. Jeremiah Ostrander was our sales man. What a great gentleman, to have for a sales man. I explain all we went through on 12-31-2012. Jeremiah listened to us. I being a woman asked lots of questions, I explained what I was trying to do to get a new car. Jeremiah showed us a lot of respect. Jeremiah answered our questions; I wanted to look at all possibilities even knowing what our limits were. A girl can always dream.
