Two months ago I purchased a used car from Dick Hannah Subaru. Without going into all the details leading up to my experience today, I'll just say it start having problems. After reaching out, Tom Gilstrap gave me a call. He listened intently about my issues, and set up a date to have me bring in my car. Tom was both friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do, and all the results of what he learned. My car was taken in at 7am, and I had it back later that day. When they didn't have the exact specifications I wanted they searched their database of near by Subaru dealers to find me exactly what I wanted. When I purchased my new car it was fresh off the trailer that day and only had 4 miles on it (miles needed to prepare it for sale). My sales associate Jeremiah Ostrander made my experience buying a new car great. His approach of outlining the vehicle's specifications and capabilities along with providing the knowledge of why certain design choices were made helped me get a better understanding and feel for the vehicle I was purchasing. Jeremiah was extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to answer questions. I never felt Jeremiah was pressuring me into buying a car and was more than happy to show me any vehicle I wanted. He also worked to find me a vehicle that met my specifications even when none of the vehicles on location were exactly what I was looking for.
