I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name because he worked so hard to get us the payments we needed and totally succeeded, all with the best attitude and obvious concern for what was best for his customer. Everyone we interacted with were really real people and not your average stigma of a car salesperson. Very genuine. No pressure or trying to sell you something you didn't want for their own profit. They want their customers happy and it shows. They will have our business whenever we are in the market for a vehicle. Thanks again, guys. You all ROCK! More

Substandard level of service, especially for a Toyota After my 40K service I noticed a puddle of engine oil under my 2012 Camry XLE, about four days worth of leaking oil onto my garage floor. I checked an After my 40K service I noticed a puddle of engine oil under my 2012 Camry XLE, about four days worth of leaking oil onto my garage floor. I checked and found that the drain plug had not been secured and the source of the drip was because the engine oil drain plug was loose. Also, the tech who did the work did not replace the windshield reminder, it still reads next service at 40K. Someone was in too much of a hurry to do the job right. Very disappointed in the quality of care from your dealership. It could have been a disaster had enough oil leaked out to cause the engine to seize. I've got a mess I have to clean up and want you to know what an extremely poor and dangerously low standard of performance I found at Dick Hannah. The reason I bought the Toyota and bought it from Dick Hannah was so that I didn't have to worry about problems with the car. Very disappointed. I wonder what other services didn't get done because of the lazy or incompetent tech. More
