We were able to find used vehicles in our price range but ended up buying a new Soul because it fit in our price range also. The only issue we had was actually getting a price quoted. It seemed like they were dragging out that process. Not sure why. We are happy with our purchase and the price we paid. We used Costco pricing. More

From my first call Mark took the time to understand what I was looking for and go to work making this deal happen. I wasn't sure I wanted to proceed with an out of state purchase but Mark and the management worked with me and it all came together. Mark even picked me up at the Portland airport and bought me lunch while the dealership put all the paperwork together. When a customer is willing to fly into town and drive 11 hours home the dealership must be doing something right! I only wish I lived nearby to have them service my vehicle. I highly recommend Dick Hannah Toyota and my sales associate Mark Accimus. More

Discovered compatibility issue with my original loan provider that wasn't caught until document signing, but dealer was able to find a provider that matched my original one's terms. Dealer even discounted certain fees to compensate for inconvenience. Dealer has very light atmosphere and staff visit with you as if you were old friends. More

Four months ago it took at least three phone calls and request to speak to a manager before someone finally spoke with us by phone. Last week I called to get a simple quote for replacing the clutch in our pickup truck. Two days later ( July 3rd) I called again and hung up with the assurance that someone would return my call that very day. I realize Friday was the start of a holiday weekend but six days after my initial phone call I have yet to receive the information I was seeking. I will not call Toyota a third time in regards to this matter. We have three Toyota vehicles that have never been serviced elsewhere but I finally called a local shop and got a quote with in five minutes. What's the problem Toyota? More

Honest service When we started looking for a Prius, I checked all local dealerships around. Broadway had the same vehicle for a better price (by about $150.00). When I asked Glen why, he gave me a clear coherent answer. When I explained why the other vehicle appealed more to me, he understood. He did ask his supervisor about meeting the price and told us when he got a negative answer. He then found another way to make the price come out even. He also told us how to get the accessory we wanted most. He never played games. He was up front and honest, but not pushy and was friendly and pleasant to talk with in person. The person we spoke to at Broadway Tpyaota was none of the above. Glen won the sale. More
