Service was great When I arrived at this dealership I had the intention to buy a 2013 VW Jetta, but that changed after shannon showed me the new 2014 corolla. She knew I wanted something a little sporty yet good fuel economy. Shannon directed my attention to the 2014 corolla, I wasn't to keen on the corolla's, Until she had me get inside this one. The 2014 corolla has a rear-view camera, tasteful interior design, paddle shifters, somewhat sporty feel, yet great fuel economy. Needless to say Shannon sparked my interest. Shannon was very prompt, she approached me within 5 minutes of my arrival. She was well informed about the vehicle options and toyota's leasing and financing options. She was very friendly and non pushy, So overall my experience with shannon and the Dick Hannah team went very well. More

Not your Granpa's car dealer I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never felt as comfortable as I did working with Jordan and Tim. Their professionalism and personal care for us went above and beyond my expectation (I had heard good things about this dealer in the past). I had researched for a replacement vehicle for about a week and narrowed my search down to a couple cars at two different dealerships. I am so glad we went to Dick Hannah Toyota first and test drove the vehicle I had found on their website. Jordan spent all the time we needed to answer our questions and clarify their 'process' -- without any pressure whatsoever. After checking out the other car/dealer my wife and I decided the only way to go was with Jordan. I went back to the Hannah website and found another similar vehicle. Jordan worked to locate that vehicle (at another Hannah dealer) and had it brought to Kelso for us to test drive the next day. To say we are pleased with the vehicle we purchased, but also very pleased with the staff we dealt with is a huge understatement. I did my research, narrowed it down to 3 specific 4Runners and went to the farthest one from my home first, which happened to be Dick Hannah in Kelso, Washington. I live in Portland so it's a good 40 minutes away. Regardless, I bought the only 4Runner I looked at from Jordan at Dick Hannah, Kelso. Of course the 4Runner was well worth the price but Jordan was a good dude too. He's personable, not pushy and just the kind of guy you want to root for. He made the experience comfortable, I'm very happy with the 4Runner so the trip and time were well worth it. I'll definitely recommend Dick Hannah of Kelso and Jordan to my friends and will make sure they know the drive from Portland is worth it. More
