Great Experience I have purchased a few cars in my lifetime, and always go alone, after my awful experience last year at a Toyota Dealership where after I had signed t I have purchased a few cars in my lifetime, and always go alone, after my awful experience last year at a Toyota Dealership where after I had signed the contracts, I was given poor treatment and derogatory comments made towards me, I decided to not go alone the next time I purchased a car. My experience at Dick Hannah Toyota was a complete 180-degree difference-Jordan greeted us initially, and at no time ever pressured us into looking at a bunch of cars outside of what we indicated we were already interested in. He was truthful, friendly, and a lot of fun to work with. I felt like he was being transparent with us-maybe this is because he is fairly new (keep using that strategy, Jordan!), but whatever the reason, he gained our trust fairly quickly, and when we had to leave to take care of a matter after test driving the car, he didn't over-pressure us to stay. We returned, as we promised him we would, and proceeded with the purchase. I was given a fair price on the vehicle I chose and was given an equally fair value on my trade. I really appreciated that while we came to the dealership as a couple, everyone knew the car is actually mine, and every staff member was kind and courteous to both of us, and that made me feel really good. I am excited to be able to bring the car in to this dealership for its maintenance and services. Thank you again for making this purchase such a pleasant experience, I will be sure to refer others your way! More

Jesse was very nice - the car was nice, we made a deal within a few minutes - shook hands and made arrangements to return the next day to pay for and pick up the car. 5,000 Mile Service I had the 5,000 Mile Service performed on my 2013 Toyota Matrix on May 07, 2014. Customer Service and Friendliness were integral and key in the servic I had the 5,000 Mile Service performed on my 2013 Toyota Matrix on May 07, 2014. Customer Service and Friendliness were integral and key in the service afforded me. Justin Renteria [my Service Writer] offered to provide Shuttle Service to McDonald's while Service was being performed on my vehicle. Wayne [my Shuttle Driver] dropped us off at and picked us up from McDonald's in a timely fashion. On the return trip to Dick Hannah, he "showed us" how to return to I-5 Northbound. Upon returning from McDonald's, Justin promptly greeted us, and explained the nuances of the 5000 Mile Service. He answered all of my questions, in a friendly, courteous, efficient, and unflappable fashion. He indicated that there would be no cost, as the service was covered under warranty. We spoke about my vehicle, specifically the color, and discussed whether or not I might be able to acquire another Matrix when/if necessary. At no point did I feel as if I was being "ushered out" to make room for the next customer. Justin and Wayne should be commended, as employees! My vehicle had been washed and vacuumed. It looked fantastic! I now know why Dick Hannah Toyota [in Kelso WA] has such high ratings under DealerRater! My Overall Experience was Outstanding!
