I was looking for used vehicles on various websites and ran into the Dick Hannah website. I was able to search all of the inventory at all of their stores in oregon and sw washington. When I called on one of them, I reached Sandra McMillin. Amazingly enough, she offered to drive the vehicle to us to our beaverton home so that we could test drive it. As it turned out I wanted a used vehicle at another of the Dick Hannah stores so Sandra drove to the other Hannah dealership, picked up the car, brought it to me and we made a deal, including a trade in, while I was sitting at my kitchen table. I noticed that all of their prices were right in the market price and I had to do no dealing at all to buy the care at under book value. Sandra then had one small problem fixed (airbag sensor), delivered the car to me the next day and we signed all the documents in a comfortable and casual atmosphere. I have to say that it was refreshing not to have to sit in a dealership for hours negotiating with someone hidden in a back room, playing what-is-the-car-really-worth games. I will definitely use this dealership again. It was an amazingly nice experience. More

Sandra and Nick were very friendly and smiled the entire 11 hours it took to purchase our Dodge Dart. The sad thing is that it took us 6 hours after we had finished our final test drive, to finally get in a 11 hours it took to purchase our Dodge Dart. The sad thing is that it took us 6 hours after we had finished our final test drive, to finally get in and complete the paperwork for our purchase. On a Saturday evening, there was only ONE financial officer with no one on call, or trained to help out. This is not only irritating for the customer, but entirely unfair to the staff who have put in EXTRA long hours (past 11:30pm in our case) in order to finalize the purchases of a long line of customers. These two members of your staff lived up to your motto "Believe in Nice." Sadly the company itself has failed to live up to that regarding both its customers and especially their staff. Please, if you truly "Believe in Nice," place another financial officer on-call for nights where there are 3+ people waiting to finalize their paperwork/purchase at 8pm when your dealership should be closing. Again, Sandra and Nick were wonderful and were very patient/kind knowing that they would probably not get out of the office until after midnight that night. As a company thought, please re-evaluate your motto and apply it first and foremost to your employees, because in doing so, it will be exemplified that much more towards your customers. More
