I don't normally do reviews but since I have bought MANY cars and trucks over the years and have been thru SO many car dealers I have to comment this time after buying my second truck from the same Sal MANY cars and trucks over the years and have been thru SO many car dealers I have to comment this time after buying my second truck from the same Salesperson (Shannon Poole) at Dick Hannah Toyota. First off I would never buy another vehicle from any other sales person again. Shannon's professionalism and calm easy demeanor was SO awesome to work with. I never had to talk to any other "Sales" person there (I hate that game some dealers play to strong arm sales) Shannon was NEVER pushy, she was always positive in response to my many requests and requirements even when it was something they couldn't do. I Never felt even once that there was EVER a moment of dishonesty or game playing. Both truck deals that I have done with Shannon and her sales managers have been Absolutely Honest, Clean Cut, No Bull, No Surprises after the fact deals. Before Shannon & Dick Hanna Toyota, I could never truly recommend a car sales person or dealer because usually the experience is so exhausting an draining that I don't want to think about it again but both these deals I have done there have been GREAT! The 2014 SE Camry is our 3rd or 4th vehicle bought from DHT and our 4th or 5th bought from Dick overall. The Sales teams have always been fair, but this time the two guys we talked with knew how to conduct DHT and our 4th or 5th bought from Dick overall. First off, Dan Medack's knowledge of the Toyota product is keen, I have never had an "after sale" demonstration at this dealership, and Dan was great. Well done Dan. The guy behind the glass, who shook our hands a many times, is Brian Coonc. He wears and expresses friendliness like no other. I know they both have been at Dick Hannah Toyota for some time, and in my opinion, they are probably your two biggest assets out there.
