The 2014 SE Camry is our 3rd or 4th vehicle bought from DHT and our 4th or 5th bought from Dick overall. First off, Dan Medack's knowledge of the Toyota product is keen, I have never had an "after sale" demonstration at this dealership, and Dan was great. Well done Dan. The guy behind the glass, who shook our hands a many times, is Brian Coonc. He wears and expresses friendliness like no other. I know they both have been at Dick Hannah Toyota for some time, and in my opinion, they are probably your two biggest assets out there. I was nervous going to Dick Hannah because, to be perfectly honest, I'd heard a lot of negative reviews of dealing with them. But the car and price were right so I gave it a shot. I went in to drive the new 2014 Corolla and get a trade in value for my truck. After speaking with Mark and Brian I was happy to buy my car from them. They showed me the invoice to the new car and were ver in value for my truck. After speaking with Mark and Brian I was happy to buy my car from them. The truck was in fair condition anyways. It did save me the time and energy of having to sell it myself.I have had many experiences at car lots and this one, with Mark and Brian, was overall the best. Dick Hannah Toyota was the last dealer that called to check on the price for 2014 tacoma because I'm about 45mins away. Anyway, I happen to spoke with the salesman name Serge Kononov and the buying proce check on the price for 2014 tacoma because I'm about 45mins away. Anyway, I happen to spoke with the salesman name Serge Kononov and the buying process begin. At the time, they don't have the color that I want, but Serge be able to located the truck I want up in Seattle and he not just brought it down to the dealer, he delivered to my house. Through out the process, I did not have to come to the dealer and everything that I requested and named the price, Serge worked very hard to take care of it. I have bought a few cars in the past, but nothing compare to this one. Price is lower than everybody else and people are super nice and honesty specially the young man name Serge K. I noticed the Dick HannahI car ads in the Daily News and noticed that they had the car that I had been looking for, a Toyota Sienna mini-van. The price was within my budget so I went to my computer and loo noticed that they had the car that I had been looking for, a Toyota Sienna mini-van. The price was within my budget so I went to my computer and looked on their web page to get a good look at it. While checking it out and entering my contact information, I got a call from Sandra and made an appointment to meet her that day and look at the van. I entered the showroom and asked for Sandra. She showed me the van and asked if I would like to go for a test drive. During the drive, I mentioned that I liked the van's handling, responsiveness and quietness and said that I wanted to show it to my wife. We drove to my home and took her for a drive. She was as impressed also. Sandra and I drove back to the dealership and negotiated a price and trade agreement for our car, a minivan also. After signing the papers, we drove to my home in the new van to get my wife's signatures. We transferred the title three days later. We are very happy with our purchase and for having worked with Sandra to broker a deal we both feel very good about! More
