My experience with buying my 2013 RAV 4 was excellent with sales person Shannon Poole. She spend several hours with me looking at different options and found the vehicle I wanted very quickly as it was with sales person Shannon Poole. I had great customer service, very prompt call backs, good negotiating. I gave all 5's except for price because Kelley Blue Book listed the car I purchased cheaper than what I bought it for, and there wa good negotiating.
