When my husband and I came to look at cars, we really did not intend to buy on that day. Jordan met us with a friendly smile and directed us to some of the cars that we thought we might have an interest in. not intend to buy on that day. Because of his demeanor and his assistance we left with a new 2013 Rav on that day. If we had been pressured or given a "sales pitch" we would not have made a purchase. The Rav sells itself, but it was Jordan who pushed it over the top. Our car has been admired by many of our friends, and we have told them how fairly Dick Hannah Toyota has treated us over the years. We went to Dick Hannah Toyota on a referral to salesman Glen Jones. We were immediately greeted by a salesman who willingly went to get Glen. I had very specific requirements for a new car and Glen took the time to go through all the cars at various Dick Hannah dealerships to find one that matched my specifications. He then went on his own time the next day to pick it up and bring it to his dealership. We loved the car and ended up purchasing it. Glen never pressured us in anyway and answered all of our questions. The manager met with us and was very low key as well as the financial person. Once all the paperwork was done, Glen spent a lengthy time with us helping us to get our cell phones and contacts uploaded into the system and helping us to become familiar with the car. Without him helping us, we would probably still not have that accomplished. I was dreading going car shopping but Glen and this dealership made it a very pleasant experience. I will recommend him and this dealership to anyone. More
