I had great customer service, very prompt call backs, good negotiating. I gave all 5's except for price because Kelley Blue Book listed the car I purchased cheaper than what I bought it for, and there wa good negotiating. When we came back in for service we had decided to look for a used car for our daughter and looked up Brandon. He ran us through the list of used cars and spent a lot of time with us. We eventually changed our mind and decided our daughter could use our old car and decided to buy a new one for ourselves.(kind of self-centered, huh). Brandon led us to exactly the car we wanted with the price we wanted. He took us through the purchase procedure and stayed with us the whole time. Obviously he has done a lot of research into Toyota and its products and was able to answer every question we had. This took almost a half day out of his workday, but he stayed with us the whole time. His demeanor is exactly what I look for in a salesman: not pushy, very knowledgeable, and willing to follow our lead in looking rather than trying to force an unwanted car on us. I know that we will be recommending Brandon to any future car buyers we know, and if we have to look for another car ourselves we will look him up, whether it is at Toyota or, should you foolishly let him go, wherever he is. I dealt with Brian in the past on two other vehicles and had good luck. Brian left me in good hands though when he put Dan with me and my wife. My wife and I visited Dick Hannah Toyota late on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about availability of 2013 RAV4 in Spruce Mica. We had seen one in the showroom the previous week while having our 2010 Prius in afternoon to inquire about availability of 2013 RAV4 in Spruce Mica. Since I had communicated with Dan previously through the website I asked for him. Dan was extremely helpful, found exactly what we wanted at the dealership in Chehalis, and we put together the sale that evening. Actually, if we had prepared the trade-in we could have picked up the RAV4 that evening but we needed more time to unload things from the 1995 Camry we were trading in so we picked up the RAV4 on Monday and have been enjoying it since. Dan was a great "ambassador" for the dealership and provided the top notch level of service we have come to expect from Dick Hannah Toyota and its predecessor since we moved to this area in 1989.
