Not only did she assure us that the vehicle was still in stock but the price to be paid for the vehicle was painlessly negotiated over the phone in less than five minutes. Upon our arrival at the dealership we found our vehicle parked by the front entrance with a greeting sign hanging over the rear view mirror with our names on it. It was a thoughtful, personal touch. She even took pictures of the two of us standing in front of the vehicle. Even though we arrived just 45 minutes before closing, Sandra gave us all the time we needed to answer our questions, with no adverse surprises. More

She even offered to ride home with us and drive my trade back to longview so I wouldn't have to make another trip. I had to decline because I wanted to drive the car one more time and she understood. I received a mailing from Dick Hannah of Kelso Washington wanting me to trade in my Tacoma truck. I went out there to look at the new trucks and SUV'S. I was greeted by Glen Jones. Glen took me around to look at the new trucks and SUV'S. I told Glen that my wife and I wanted an SUV and I would come back with my wife at a later date. Glen was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles I looked at. The next weekend my wife and I met with Glen and looked at the SUV'S Toyota had to offer. I told Glen we were not going to buy a vehicle that day, but were just looking and that I did not want to waste his time. Glen told us that was fine and he spent almost an hour with us. That really said a lot about Glen, and I appreciated his time. Over the next couple of weeks Glen and I spoke on the phone and through e-mail. My wife and I went to Dick Hannah of Kelso and met up with Glen and purchased a new 2013 Toyota 4runner Limited. My wife and I have been married for 32 years and bought a few new vehicles. I can honestly say hands down the best buying experience we have ever had. For the first time buying a vehicle from Glen and working with Tim Mitchell and Jim Montgomery was actually fun.
