I had communicated with Dan via email, my family and I went up to the dealership to test drive the SUV. I had 1 other dealership I was visiting before I made my decision. He was not pushy and he let the vehicle speak for itself. he took me on a test drive that I was able to see the vehicle in a variety of driving situations. then he respected my need to look at the other vehicle before making my choice, and did not make me feel guilty or pressured to decide on the spot. the vehicle was clean and prepared to be shown. all around I had a great experience with Dan and this dealership. my only complaint is that the vehicle was moved to another lot for another customer to look at and we had to have an extra hour to our travel time. I know this was no fault of any particular person, just part of buying from a chain of dealerships. Dan had tried to contact me regarding the movement of the vehicle but I was coming from about 50min away and had already left home before he got the chance to get a hold of me. More
