I had a great experience at Dick Hannah! Last month I saw online that scion was making a new release series but wouldn't be available until next month and only 2000 of them would be made. I then started my search for dealers that would be getting this exact car in a manual transmission. My boyfriend came across Dick Hannah and Ed knew right off the bat that they would be getting one in soon. Ed and Dan kept me up to date on the status of the car and called me as soon as the car arrived on the lot. I was very eager to go see and test drive it but I was trying to sell my truck privately and wanted to wait for it to sell before making the hour and a half drive down. A week went by and my truck still hadn't sold when Dan emailed me pictures of the scion right after they had the windows tinted. I couldn't wait any more and went to dick Hannah the next day. I knew I wanted the car immediately after test driving it. They worked with me on the trade in value of my truck to make financing the tc affordable for me. Before I knew it I was driving home in my new scion tc! I absolutely love the car and get lots of complements on it. Thank you Dick Hannah and especially Dan, for making the experience and purchase of my new tc simple, easy, and hassle free. I will be seeing you guys for all of my car service needs. More

Jesse promptly returned a call from an inquiry I made online. He was courteous, professional and at the same time, professional. I had intended to come in on Monday, but his kind, no pressure attitude online. He was courteous, professional and at the same time, professional. The vehicle I inquired about was right there ready for a test drive. He respected my likes and although offering me choices, worked hard to fulfill my wishes. He made me feel valued and laughed with me through the process. Soooo patient and never condescending. We laughed while I called my kids in an attempt to help my decision - that was too funny. My son, being a Honda owner (first car from this dealership) and my daughter loyal to Toyota. No help from them. Jesse was business-like gathering my information and introducing me to his manager for completion of the transaction. He remained involved and didn't drop me like a hot potatoe after my decision to purchase. The manager was very kind as well, he took his time to explain things and respected my decisions.
