I went to Dick Hannah looking to trade in my vehicle for for a newer model with better gas mileage. I am also in the process of reestablishing my credit and didnt have a lot of funds to contribute to a car. for a newer model with better gas mileage. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. He was able to find a car on the lot a "PT Cruiser" and was able to take my car in trade. Now it has been my experience in the past, that when I have a trade in, the dealer will bury the negative equity of my car into the new one. This was not the case at Dick Hannahs' lot. They took a little and gave a little and made the deal work and at a payment I could afford. Did I mention I was never bullied or forced into anything! Now I have a newer car at a payment I can afford and am on the road to reestablishing my credit! Thanks Dick Hannah and your winning team at Dick Hannah Toyota of Kelso for all your hard work! My husband and I drove to Kelso from Vancouver to meet with Nick to see a 2012 Camry LE. When we drove on to the lot, Nick had more than one Camry pulled out to the front of the lot making it easier for u with Nick to see a 2012 Camry LE. When we drove on to the lot, Nick had more than one Camry pulled out to the front of the lot making it easier for us to view. Nick was not only professional but knew the Toyota products inside and out. After looking at the Camry LE, Nick showed us the Camry SE .... it was "love at first sight" and we drove the SE home a little over an hour after test driving it. With Nick's help, it made our buying decision easy. Brian and Nick worked together getting all of the necessary paperwork together in a timely manner and handed us over to Jim in finance. Jim walked us through all of the papers necessary to sign and left us with very few questions. While we were taking care of paperwork, Nick had Salvatore (I believe that was his name) go through the car and make sure it was sparkling. Salvatore did an excellent job and we drove it home with sparkling windows, perfect interior and gleaming exterior. We were so pleased with our buying experience, the price of our new car, the professional staff and the ease of purchase we would definitely recommend Dick Hannah Toyota to friends and relatives. The most impressive part of our experience was that we did not have to haggle over the price.
