I was extremely pleased with Glen Jones, my new car salesman and Garrett in the finance department at Dick Hannah Toyota, Kelso, Washington. Their new campaign of "Believe in Nice" is truly working the salesman and Garrett in the finance department at Dick Hannah Toyota, Kelso, Washington. Their new campaign of "Believe in Nice" is truly working there. I was expecting the usual "hard sell" type of salesperson and was surprised at the low pressure sales approach of Glen. He was extremely informative about the new Prius I purchased and brought up things I did not think of to ask. I can highly recommend Glen at Dick Hannah Toyota. A good example of a truly good salesperson is the customer service after the sale. I had to call him for information about the car and he was extremely helpful and cheerful and fast. The experience we had purchasing a new Toyota Camry was excellent. Much of the work was done over the Internet. The dealership located the car with the color and options we wanted and then beat the Costc excellent. Much of the work was done over the Internet. They were able to do the service on my Prius at a convenient time for me. They went out of their way to get the special tires. I wasn’t looking forward to purchasing a vehicle. Not because I didn’t want a new vehicle, but because I didn’t want to deal with a sleazy sales person. Dick Hanna Toyota was the last dealer I visited i because I didn’t want a new vehicle, but because I didn’t want to deal with a sleazy sales person. Dick Hanna Toyota was the last dealer I visited in my week long vehicle search that included experiences with these sleazy sales people. Marcus at Dick Hanna was very kind and knowledgeable about the Toyota Tundra I was interested in. He encouraged me to drive multiple Tundras to see differences in features and performance. Once I was set on the tundra I was interested in we went inside to discuss pricing and terms. I was always ready to be presented with a shady or highball offer, but this never happened. All terms were discussed with Marcus. I asked him many questions and voiced my concerns, and noted other offers that other dealers gave me. Dick Hanna not only met all other offers but they beat the best offer I had gotten. The terms and discussions were actually very stress free, I never felt pressured into anything. Everything was explained very clearly and presented to me in writing. Once all terms were agreed upon, Marcus passed all the information on the finance guy, Garret. I felt everything was too good to be true at this point, and had read how bad the finance guys are at other dealerships, but garret was very straight forward. He didn’t offer me any new deals, any added fees, or any shady surprises. I just signed all the official paper work with the pricing and financing that had been discussed with Marcus. I honestly don’t know how this experience could have been any better. I would strongly suggest shopping around and then making a purchase at Dick Hanna Toyota. More

I bought a 2012 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab V6 TRD Sport long bed fully loaded, it only took a day to get to dealership. The salesman greeted us and I handed him a bid that I had received from another dealership. He checked and Dick Hannah could offer the same price. While we were at ballgames, Dick Hannah got the car I wanted in and called us to let us know they would be there when we were ready. The detail job was very nice on the car. Financing went smoothly---and with no high pressures. I will let my friends and relatives know how well you are treated and how much I like my car. What a bonus--since I purchased my car from Dick Hannah-I get free tires. More
