Vance worked very hard to make things work for us. We had to trade in a lease Rave4. You hade taken in a 2009 crysler and Vance was able to work things out to take in the Rave4 and our douge van to get into to trade in a lease Rave4. I went in to Dick Hannah to look at new cars. I fell in love with the Prius. I always thought that they were ugly cars, but when I drove it it was amazing! Marcus was a great salesperson.
