In for my second recall on the matrix which I bought new from this dealership. This is my second new vehicle from this dealership. I do like the customer loyalty program. I was surprised that with the first recall I was given a $10-15 credit on my rewards card and nothing this time for the inconveinance. I would mention the other peoples names who assisted me but the paperwork has nothing printed with their names and the cursive writing/signatures are of no help to me regarding their names. More

No xx stories of "having to talk to my manager" to see if the deal can be approved. When I asked for more information on the car, he sent me a PDF of the cars sticker, listing all features and options included. He gave me a complete out the door quote, and when I arrived at the dealership the car was ready to go. He very thoroughly explained all the features to my entire family (my wife loved the bluetooth handsfree feature after Dan connected her phone). No added pressure to buy anything else. We drove 2 hours from Seattle to get the car, and it was certainly worth the drive. Top notch from beginning to end. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and when we got there, he totally put us at ease. I always feel like I need to "put on my armor" before I go to a dealership, but nobody at Dick Hannah Toyota pressured us in any way. We got a great car at a great price. This dealership is five hours from our home and we went because of a specific, hard-to-find car we wanted, but I'd consider doing business here again just because of the quality of service. More

We intended to buy a new vehicle next year after my husband's Tacoma was paid off, but we wanted to nose around to see what was out there for options. So we stopped in to see your SUV offereings. We were treated courtiously by all who helped us even knowing we were really just looking. We test drove the FJ Cruiser, as we had seen them on the road and thought they were a nice looking rig. We really liked it. It had plenty of room and many other things we wanted in a vehicle. I just had to decide if I could go away from my 4 door truck and give up the back fo the truck for hauling things. They made us an offer that helped us get to making about the same payment we were for an additional 4 years (the length of the contract we were looking for). The staff were very nice and respectful, taking the time to listen to us. What always seems funny to me is that you have to do all that back and forth dealing (here is how much we'll give you for your truck, here is what we'll knock off the price, here is the length of the contract and the price), nope too much, too long etc. So they come back with a better offer. I think we ended up doing that about 4 times. It's exhausting. I've been to dealerships that do not do that and I prefer that approach - your best deal up front. We started so far from where we wwanted to be, very little trade in, over a 6 year contract and got down to where were felt better about our trade in and almost a 4 year contract. It would be nice to not have to play the game. But as far as the staff sho helped us, they were great, before, during and after the sale. Thanks you~ Sylvia Davis More
