When my partner and I decided to buy a Toyota Prius, we immediately thought we'd work with a dealership within our hometown... unfortunately our experience with the only dealer in town to carry the Prius w immediately thought we'd work with a dealership within our hometown... unfortunately our experience with the only dealer in town to carry the Prius was terrible; the price we were asked to pay was exorbitant and the service we received was shockingly impersonal - the man we worked with barely answered our questions and pushed us so hard into signing paperwork, we were left flustered and upset upon leaving his office. Fortunately, we were not able to finalize our papers or drive off with our car that same day (another downfall of working with that dealership, but in the end, a bullet just barely missed on our part!!), and upon thinking more over the weekend, we decided to see what there was outside our area. Then, like a gift from the powers that be, Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso, Washington came up in our online searches with what seemed to be deals too good to be true! That same day, we drove 5 hours to test drive two beautiful 2008 Prius models that looked like new with very little miles on them. The screaming deal we got on the Prius we chose was absolutely incredible, and working with the staff at Dick Hannah was so enjoyable, we immediately recommended them to friends and family members. Our salesman even took us to dinner while we waited for our turn to finalize our paperwork, and unlike the first dealership we tried to work with, Dick Hannah set us up with their contact to get car insurance on the spot, on a weekend!, so we could drive our Prius home that same day! Our experience with Dick Hannah Toyota was wonderful, and we recommend them highly!! More

Barbi was our first contact (by phone) and very helpful. She went out of her way to take a look at the vehicle we were interested in and call us back with the info. Everything was done as expected. My car was in for service. It was ready ealier than expected and cheaper than what I was quoted. Kelly went out of his way to take care of everything. We were looking for a good used car in our budget range. Steve took the time to show us several cars in our price range. We were very pleased with Dick Hannah in Kelso and our salesperson Steve. He was friendly and made the entire process hassle and pressure free. We went in with the idea of purchasing a Corolla. First, I was able to get my car in immediately which was important because I was leaving on vacation. Steve and Kris Schneider were easy to work with, very helpful and accomadating with helping me get the vehicle I wanted and negotiating was a cinch.
