I took my truck in for service and worked with Ben Jabusch, who was extremely helpful and professsional. He briefed me on all the work to to done and the check in was fast and smooth. I live near Portland but bought my Truck in Kelso. When my 5000 mile service appointments are due, I drive to Kelso to have the work done at Dick Hannah Toyota. I always tell them that I'll wait until the my 5000 mile service appointments are due, I drive to Kelso to have the work done at Dick Hannah Toyota. I always tell them that I'll wait until the work is done and I always get the car back before the time promised. Yesterday I had an 8 am appointment for the 60,000 mile check up. When having service done I always have received same day appointments. I really like not having to schedule a week or more out like other dealers.
