I received quick and courteous service the same day I needed an aliegnment. I was greeted at the shop very quickly. They were done with the aliegnment before the estimated time. Overall, this was a good experience. This is only the second time I have taken our Tundra to be serviced. My truck was done earlier than promised and all the employees were friendly. I only thought I was getting the oil changed and the tires rotated. I did receive the estimate and agreed to it, however. I didn't realize that you had to get the tires rotated to keep the "Tires for Life" warranty. I will return for service at 10,000 miles, but I will be more aware of what services will be performed and the price for each. More
