He came up with a few ideas and nailed it on the second car! My dream Avalon!!!!! He rode all over the place with us but most of all he was no-frills when it came down to the deal. My husband told him what we wanted he was honest and straightforward with us and FOR US! He got the deal done in less than 15 minutes! From the time we made the deal Zach had us out in 45 minutes! W We looked for weeks to find the right color/leather combo of a new 2018 double cab Limited Tundra, who knew what we wanted would be so hard to find. We are from Everett, WA and we even visited 6 dealerships in the northern Seattle area the week before we came to Dick Hannah, not to mention looking all over the state on line. Once we found the perfect one at Dick Hannah my husband offered a price via text and they corresponded right away, we agreed on a price then we made an appt to drive down the next day. Once we arrived they were ready for us, gave us the kelly bluebook price for our trade in without trying to negotiate (we had looked beforehand so we knew it was correct.) Everything went very smooth and we were out of there with our new ride in about 3 hours. Our sales guy Kevin Hargreaves was just great & the sales manger Brandon Martinez was very professional. Dick Hannah is 2.5 hours away from us but I would drive down here again and refer anyone to go here because the customer service was perfect. AND it is a much better tax rate then the big city! More

World class customer service I work as a Management Consultant in my day job and have critique many company's from around the world on their business operations, sales and marketi I work as a Management Consultant in my day job and have critique many company's from around the world on their business operations, sales and marketing teams and customer support. I have to say, I wasn't sure what to expect when I first went over to Dick Hannah Toyota as I have not purchased a vehicle for several years. What I experienced was nothing less than a top notch world class customer service experience. Everything was handled in the most professional way possible. This includes: the discovery call about my needs; ideas for my needs and lifestyle; educational information about differences in features/price/models; and of course timely back and forth phone calls/emails clarifying any concerns I may have had. To top it off, I had a last second change of heart for the color of the vehicle I wanted. Not a problem. Mark took care of it with no questions asked. The actual sales process went as smooth as I could have possibly hoped for. This included greeting me at the door with my vehicle parked in front. The paperwork process was about as painless as paperwork can be. No high pressure selling of additional services/features, just straight forward educating about what it was I was signing along with additional insights into questions that were asked we proceeded through paperwork terms. Lastly, a small but nice little add-on that wasn't asked for but given to me: I needed to pick up my new vehicle on a different day than my paperwork signing. I was driving a rental car up 2 days later to pick up my new vehicle. The rental car drop off was about 15 minutes away. I was running short on time and took the rental car over to Dick Hannah. Mark took the rental car off my hands and informed me he had it covered. This enabled me to get to my next appointment without any stress on time. While this may seem insignificant, the little issues make all the difference in great customer support. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout the process. This last bonus helped me tremendously in getting to my next appointment on time without any concerns. Thanks again to Mark and Brandon for their help and professionalism in purchasing this vehicle.
