We have not bought a vehicle from a dealership in over 10 years, choosing instead to buy from private parties, However, we ran across a vehicle on the Dick Hannah website for an ECO Toyota Corolla and had a 'shift' ..... We drove down only to be informed that the car that we wanted had been in a collision and was being fixed even as we spoke ....We were SO disappointed!! However, today was the day and we were there, so we allowed ourselves to be re-directed by a most amazing individual named "Justin" who was one of those sales people who was 'peace & chill' about needing or trying to sell anything ..... He simply facilitated our visit, answered our questions, provided some options & allowed us to choose a vehicle to test drive, and NOT ONCE did he employ, operate, push, coerce, or manipulate us [like previous experiences we have had in prior dealerships ..... The whole process was positive, inspiring, and uplifting ...... and Justin was the perfect man for the experience. NEVER have we felt such a void of stress and distress in an auto buying experience.
