We have not bought a vehicle from a dealership in over 10 years, choosing instead to buy from priv My husband and I absolutely DREAD new car buying !! We have not bought a vehicle from a dealership in over 10 years, choosing instead to buy from private parties, However, we ran across a vehicle on the Dick Hannah website for an ECO Toyota Corolla and had a 'shift' ..... We drove down only to be informed that the car that we wanted had been in a collision and was being fixed even as we spoke ....We were SO disappointed!! However, today was the day and we were there, so we allowed ourselves to be re-directed by a most amazing individual named "Justin" who was one of those sales people who was 'peace & chill' about needing or trying to sell anything ..... He simply facilitated our visit, answered our questions, provided some options & allowed us to choose a vehicle to test drive, and NOT ONCE did he employ, operate, push, coerce, or manipulate us [like previous experiences we have had in prior dealerships ..... The whole process was positive, inspiring, and uplifting ...... and Justin was the perfect man for the experience. NEVER have we felt such a void of stress and distress in an auto buying experience. Justin was exceptional and we enjoyed every moment of this process. We drove away with a top quality 2016 Toyota Corolla "S" series that will serve our life and needs for many years to come. Friendly and professional service I went in for the first time to buy my own car and was amazed at how friendly Justin was. I had looked online for a car I liked and when I called in t I went in for the first time to buy my own car and was amazed at how friendly Justin was. I had looked online for a car I liked and when I called in they didn't have the car, but he went and picked it up for me at another one of their locations. Since this was my first time buying a car Justin made the experience easy and quick, explaining everything precisely and answering any questions I had. Even after the purchase Justin has made an effort to make sure I enjoy the car and has answered a few questions I had. His knowledge of the vehicles seemed very comprehensive. After the decision to purchase a particular truck there was a lot of paperwork, but this was handled in an efficient way. There were conversations about purchasing options, but the pressure was slight. This is my second Toyota Tacoma and I anticipate that I will be just as happy with this one. More
