Best experience ever I drove on to the lot yesterday not expecting to drive away with brand new car, as I was upside down in the car I was in. Nolan approach us even though it was cold outside was willing to take the chance and see what he could do. And less than 2 hours I found the car and was approved. I am more than ecstatic that he was able to help me. It was great having to only deal with one person and one person only for the car experience. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah Toyota to anybody. The one suggestion I would make, would be to get more rooms to close deals as to not keep people sitting around waiting for the final paperwork.
