When it became clear that he couldn't sell me the car I wanted, he graciously referred me to another dealer. Stay away!!! We have had the worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle here. We came in looking for a Toyota Tacoma and quickly found one we were interested in. O We have had the worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle here. We came in looking for a Toyota Tacoma and quickly found one we were interested in. Our salesperson, Vance, was the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The transaction went so quickly and smoothly that we decided to look at a second vehicle and left with plans to come back the following Saturday. 3 Days later we got a call saying our financing didn't go through because they made a mistake and the deal was for more than 125% LTV and could not be financed ( the deal was bad, not us as borrowers) Jim Montgomery was extremely rude, talked down to me and treated me like it was our mistake! Finally, he realized that they had made the mistake by no one checking the numbers and re did the deal. Not once was an apology issued. Since the problem was taken care of we had such a good experience with Vance we decided to go ahead and purchase the second vehicle and that did go off without a hitch. It has now been nearly a month since our first vehicle purchase and to my surprise my auto payment on the vehicle that we traded in came out of our account. I called the financial institution and they still have not received the payoff! Spoke to Jim again, who was again rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful and basically said too bad and then said he would look into it. Again no apologies for our inconvenience. Still has not had the decency to call me back, had one of his employees do it. haven't received the payment and further more Dick Hannah called for a new payment letting me and they still have not fixed the problem and the Credit Union told me that they still know that they never had sent in the payoff like they said. Still no apologies or any kind oraction towards refunding my overpayment. Terrible , terrible, terrible service. We will never buy there again which is too bad since we have purchase 4 vehicles with them in the last few years. More
