Great experience. 4th purchase from Kelso dick Hannah I went to look for a possible used Camry but was informed that there was a good rebate on 2017 models so we ended up buying a new one. This is our 3rd I went to look for a possible used Camry but was informed that there was a good rebate on 2017 models so we ended up buying a new one. This is our 3rd new purchase...Seqoiua Camry SE, then another Camry SE. Also we purchased a used Ford truck. Thumbs up for Mark Dykstra! I needed to shop for a new car but since I dread high-pressure sales tactics in starched white shirts, I was a bit reluctant. And so many car choices I needed to shop for a new car but since I dread high-pressure sales tactics in starched white shirts, I was a bit reluctant. And so many car choices! So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Mark. He was friendly and straight forward and his cut-to-the-chase honest approach was right up my alley! He didn't oversell me or waste my time looking in directions I didn't want to go. He actually listened to my wants and needs. When I started second-guessing my color choice, he kindly reminded me of my first (gut) reaction, which was spot on. The test drive was like an outing with a friend. Refreshing! By the end of the afternoon, I left with my new electric blue Rav4 and felt that I had made both a great and the right choice for me! Kudos to Mark for making this car purchase so much easier! More
