Rushed but there all day This was my second time back and the experience wasn't like the first. I wanted to work with one person. Was in communication with her set a date with her show up and she's not there no call text or email. Then we were there 9:30-4:30 all day ugh. The guy was friendly but didn't know the product fully. He made it like he had to hurry us threw but we were there all day. We had an issue with the tires out of balance and had to put our foot down with the service department to fix it mind you this is all in one day. I wish I went to glad stone instead they had a better welcoming, customer service and care. More

Her sales rep Jarrod Stidham was very helpful and was informing her of the new Toyota. he was so helpful with her sale i decided to have my husband join us and bring my car in to get a trade in value, and possiby test drive a new car. Jarrod and his team got us a good deal for our used KIA forte and we left with a new 2017 car. He was respectful about calling in advance, no pressure, just asked to call in a month or two to see if we were still interested. We appreciated this and finally called for an appointment. Nick asked about our vehicle needs, offered alternatives to consider pointing out price and feature differences without pushing for higher cost vehicles and noted how the one we chose met our needs...and some wants. Nick was both professional and friendly throughout the paper work process. When we explained we had time restrictions and needed to return to complete the processing there was no challenging our time limits and other commitments. He stayed right on top of things to keep us on schedule and actually seemed a little more worried about this than we were. Very courteous. Interesting that I think of this now...never ;really felt that we were talking to a car salesman - at least from the view point of working with other car folks over 50 some years! And what about this - the patience Nick displayed in going over the electronics! Answered all questions, re-explained when asked and he did acknowledge that while all information is in the manuals, we left feeling that it would be okay to give him a call if we needed a little more guidance. I chose to stay at Dick Hannah Toyota for these reasons. 1) Justin Lampham Justin is a Professional Knowledgeable Driven salesman. He likes his job and it shows. Buying a new truck should be fun and when you work with someone like Justin it makes your experience that much better. 2) Pricing Working with Justin and Nick was easy. Dick Hannah Toyota is very aggressive with their pricing. I was not interested in games and neither were they. They also offered me excellent value on my trade. When it is that hassle free the process remains fun. 3) Time After getting the right truck and the right pricing they tuned me over to Jim Montgomery for the paperwork. This is where everything should slow down but, it didn't. Jim kept the ball rolling. He was very informative and explained everything but, he is well organized and efficient in his process. Again I was still having fun. 4) Experience Professional Knowledgeable Driven people who are there to earn your business. I felt that I as a customer was always more important than the sale.
