Justin took it to the next level, and made myself and my mother very comfortable in the purchase. I really hope these reviews are read, because Justin was the first and last reason why I purchased a vehicle here. I already called corporate, and I fully expect his praises to be sung throughout the dealership when whomever is in charge reads this review.. All jokes aside, Justin is a fantastic representative of the dealership and I will be following him to buy a vehicle wherever he goes. (keep him!) Justin explained everything to do with the car buying experience, including entune and the service agreement. Justin has set the bar for customer service and my expectations will be at his standard from now on. More

2017 Sienna purchase Sandra McMillin was fabulous! She had so much patience with me, lol. She drove all the way from longview to meet us in Vancouver. We wanted to test Sandra McMillin was fabulous! I came in ready to buy an Odyssey but she opened my eyes to the Sienna. The Sienna had a lot more features for the price. Being a creature of habit, I wanted to stay with Honda.
