He was still helpful, gave great information and didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. Before we left we told him we would possibly be back tomorrow, he informed us he had the day off so he would let Stefan know we had been in and to ask for him. The next time we came in we asked for Stefan Martinez and he already knew about us through Jarrod. Stefan was great. Stefan is very down to earth, friendly, not pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable. Once we decided to go with the RAV4 Hybrid, Stefan and Nick Sisson were awesome I told them what I was willing to do on a payment and they worked really hard to get the payment where I wanted for the car. I normal do not do reviews so this tells you how great of service they have provided. I would recommend this dealership and this team to anyone that is looking for a Toyota. More

Stefan Seriously Rocks I had been searching for an FJ Cruiser for a while. I’d been to countless dealerships, endured their sketchy processes, almost bought several lemons, I had been searching for an FJ Cruiser for a while. I’d been to countless dealerships, endured their sketchy processes, almost bought several lemons, and looked through tons of online sales before I came across this listing. At first I was fairly hesitant, being 2 1/2 hours away from me and already feeling burnt out in my search but decided to take the risk. So, I drove down to see the vehicle and met with Stefan. Stefan was one cool dude. He was very eager to help and didn’t try to oversell me once - he spent the time answering my questions to the best of his ability and found answers to the questions he did not have immediate answers to. He gave me zero push back when I asked to take it to a mechanic - something other dealers got very defensive over I find. The vehicle had some small flags, most of which were normal wear - to be expected from a 12 year old vehicle. Stefan went out of his way to see that I left with a peace of mind that these issues would be addressed. The approval process was fairly rough. Not because of the dealership, but because my bank wasn’t part of the CUDL network and wasn’t located anywhere nearby. Add in that I had an out of state co-signer and it made things super complex. Stefan worked with me for nearly 6 hours the first day - making great conversation the whole time, followed by two days of me driving back and forth after that to finalize everything. This is where I was most impressed... Not once did he show aggravations with the situation. In fact, he sympathized and went above and beyond to see I was taken care of with every new twist that came our way. He kept conversation fresh and made sure I knew he was personally invested in taking care of me. Upon final signing I was unable to take the vehicle home due to a repair they’d graciously agreed to take care of for me to provide peace of mind. Stefan saw that the repair was not only done within 24 hours, but got the vehicle ready for me, and then drove 100 miles in rush hour traffic to deliver my new car after my backpacking trip at Mt Rainier!!! TL:DR Stefan is your guy. He’ll go above and beyond. Highly recommend. More
