New Highlander Hybrid Tyler was terrific!! I submitted an inquiry on Edmonds.com which went out to several dealerships. Received responses from all but where Tyler excell Tyler was terrific!! I submitted an inquiry on Edmonds.com which went out to several dealerships. Received responses from all but where Tyler excelled was when I asked questions. He quickly answered back and, at no time, tried to 'pressure' me into buying a vehicle. This continued even after I arrived at the dealership for a test drive. He was very helpful and informative without being pushy...a quality I very much appreciate. Once I decided to 'go for it' he worked to get me a finance rate that was less than what I had been approved for through my credit union; thereby saving me money. After all the paperwork was completed and before I left the dealership with my new Highlander he was willing to answer any questions I might have and even programmed it so I could use my phone...something this technology-challenged dinosaur greatly appreciates. Tyler is a true asset to the organization!! I must also say thank you to Dan and Nick who helped through the purchase of my new vehicle. Will have to say that in all the cars I have bought over the many years, this is the most comprehensive information I have ever received about the vehicle I was buying. More

Changed my opinion I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla at the end of June, 9 days later someone hit me head on going 55. The car was totaled but my daughter and I walked away I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla at the end of June, 9 days later someone hit me head on going 55. He was still helpful, gave great information and didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. Before we left we told him we would possibly be back tomorrow, he informed us he had the day off so he would let Stefan know we had been in and to ask for him. The next time we came in we asked for Stefan Martinez and he already knew about us through Jarrod. Stefan was great. Stefan is very down to earth, friendly, not pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable. Once we decided to go with the RAV4 Hybrid, Stefan and Nick Sisson were awesome I told them what I was willing to do on a payment and they worked really hard to get the payment where I wanted for the car. I normal do not do reviews so this tells you how great of service they have provided. I would recommend this dealership and this team to anyone that is looking for a Toyota. More

Tundra pro I went down to see what they would give me trade in on my older Tundra, since I was wanting a more flashy truck.
