2017 TOYOTA TUNDRA TRD PRO I appreciated the professionalism & follow through of Justin Lapham during the process of me getting my Tundra. There were some things out of Justin's I appreciated the professionalism & follow through of Justin Lapham during the process of me getting my Tundra. There were some things out of Justin's control that I was disappointed in. *The low balling of my trade-in was almost embarrassing. The process of buying a car is already long enough and then to get a low offer and then have to do the back in forth is ridiculous. Especially when I came prepared with documents showing what my car was worth. *Because of the vehicle I purchased there were no incentives, specials,, or anything the dealership can or would include in the vehicle. To hear "because you have such a limited vehicle we can not include..." didn't seem right, especially when the vehicle came as is and I didn't have a choice as to what came with the vehicle. As I write this review and look at the question Would recommend this dealership, im not sure at this point. If anyone from dealership management would like to contact me, Id be happy to have a conversation so i can change my recommendation answer to Yes. Thank you, CL More

New Ride Time Wife wanted the new Rav. I got ahold of Nick Nordquist, he did my last lease. Nick Sisson was our salesperson this go round. Both Nicks are great. Sis Wife wanted the new Rav. I got ahold of Nick Nordquist, he did my last lease. Nick Sisson was our salesperson this go round. Both Nicks are great. Sisson seemed very knowledgeable. We drove an LE and after I explained what my wife wanted he recommended the XLE. Nordquist made the numbers work and fit into our budget. We currently are leasing both our vehiles and both from DH Toyota and I believe it was our 8th or 9th transaction overall with DH. Great job guys! More

Amazing!!! Was looking to get a newer car because I was having car troubles. Didn't really see any cars I wanted on the lot so Sandra and I sat down in the offic Was looking to get a newer car because I was having car troubles. Didn't really see any cars I wanted on the lot so Sandra and I sat down in the office and I showed her the car I wanted. It was a little more than I got approved for but she went back got the price and called the bank to try to get them to come up to the price. Sure enough the bank did!! I now own this 2014 vw Jetta!!! Happy with my new car and pleased with the service I got my toyota camry was recently totalled and I was obligated to get something new.
