The whole process could not have gone any smoother. When I first started looking for a car I let Zach know the type of cars I was looking for and he let me know when he had them on his lot. While looking online, I saw a car I was interested in and told Zach about it. He said it was down in another Dick Hannah lot in Portland, OR & he offered to go get the car and bring it up to Kelso, WA by the time I got off work that day. Now THAT is great customer service!! He found the exact truck I wanted, got me a better price than any other dealer, came in to help me outside his normal shift, stayed on top of everything I needed to do, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was a pleasure to deal with and the perfect combination of determined and courteous, without ever being pushy. Even though this dealership is 50 minutes north of where I'll live (and there are several others closer to my house), my wife and I will return to this one because the service we received was so good.
