Outstanding service all-around I was looking at several dealerships when I began shopping for a new Tacoma, and Justin, the salesperson I was working with at Dick Hannah in Kelso, w I was looking at several dealerships when I began shopping for a new Tacoma, and Justin, the salesperson I was working with at Dick Hannah in Kelso, was far more helpful than any of the other salespeople I was working with at other locations. He found the exact truck I wanted, got me a better price than any other dealer, came in to help me outside his normal shift, stayed on top of everything I needed to do, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was a pleasure to deal with and the perfect combination of determined and courteous, without ever being pushy. Even though this dealership is 50 minutes north of where I'll live (and there are several others closer to my house), my wife and I will return to this one because the service we received was so good.
