Service Dep. I purchased my car at Dick Hannah Toyota and it was a fairly easy process. I used the Service Department faithfully until something went wrong with my I purchased my car at Dick Hannah Toyota and it was a fairly easy process. I used the Service Department faithfully until something went wrong with my car and the Service Advisor wouldn't check if it was under warranty. I had to end up calling the warranty company myself just to get it taken care of. I've recently started coming back, but after today's visit, I can assure that I will never use the Service Department again. The Right CV joint boot on my car is torn - ironically, this is the same thing that happened when I had to call the warranty company. The Dick Hannah Service Department is quoting $800+ to fix it. I've called four other shops in town that quote no more than $340. This includes Les Schwab, which is where I'm taking it to get fixed. I'm truly sickened at the price that the service department is charging. I can go anywhere else in town and pay less than HALF of what I was quoted. I will never go back. More
