She was very courteous and allowed us to ask many questions which she answered with confidence. We were on our way to the coat on vacation so we did not have much time to spend with her. However, she gave us a brochure that we can look over. After we left, we received an email from her thanking us for visiting Dick Hannah Toyota and working with her. She continued to follow up with us after we emailed her with additional questions. Our experience with Torri was delightful and she is very easy to work with. More

Even with 2 other appointments to handle Sandra never made me question whether I had her full attention, or whether she had my best interest in mind above all else. She even did an exceptional job at accommodating our puppy throughout the process, despite her allergies. Non-stressful purchase Helpful well informed staff welcomed us within moments of arrival. We were asked several questions about what we were looking for and our commute. We test drove 5 vehicles and took one of the cars to dinner so we could talk it out amongst ourselves. That extra time allowed us to make a decision the same day and not put it off. It was an easy decision after driving the car to dinner. While at dinner we searched other car lot prices for the same car & we were convinced we were getting a good deal. Went back and completed paperwork. Very happy with our choice. We purchased a used Vehicle that had 5000 miles on it. The price was significantly lower from the 2016 model and in excellent shape. More

When the fix proved to be more than expected I decided to buy a new car. Justin was very helpful in helping us find a new vehicle. During our testdrive Justin recommended some local food eateries and we were able to stop and get lunch. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable about Toyota cars. Dick Hannah's Toyota dealership is a mom And pop organization that is very honest and caring. I was very satisfied with my experience and would gladly purchase another vehicle if I ever head up this way. More
