Myke was very helpful organizing and relaying several financing options. He stayed in touch and helped me through sorting out those details. I couldn't get down to the dealership to actually pick up the vehicle until the weekend. Myke was not scheduled to work that weekend but made sure the hand off to the team in that day was smooth and everyone involved was up to speed on my pending purchase. I was met at the door by Ryan Baker who was designated by Myke to handle the final transaction. He was very professional and went over all the details of the truck with me and my wife. The truck was detailed full of fuel and ready to go when I arrived. Ryan worked with the finance team who after completing some simple paper work processed the financing and got us on our way. One of the good parts of this transaction (Besides a fantastic Truck) was how smooth and fast this purchase was. We didn't spend all day in the dealership getting this deal done. Everything was set up and we just clicked through the various gates and before we knew it the keys were in my hand and I was headed home in my new Toyota Tundra. Got a nice Tacoma No hard sell. Just gave me the options, and let me decide. When I refused certain items, they respected that and did not argue. I have purchased a No hard sell. I would like to make the "price" a five star, but realistically, we all know that these are Toyota vehicles, and your just going to pay more than other makes. But they gave me the advertised price (which is the value I expected to pay) and even more importantly went with the Kelly Blue Book values with my trade-ins, and so the deal went fairly. If the "Price" option actually would have said "fair price", well then it would have been five stars. More
